Marlene Quintana is board certified in labor and employment law by The Florida Bar and represents private and public sector employers in both labor and employment law matters. Marlene has proven to be an effective mediator, having mediated over 1,500 state and federal court cases. She has also dedicated countless hours to advancing causes important to her local community. More than a decade ago, she launched the Cuban American Bar Association’s (CABA) first mentoring program and later served as president of CABA in 2008. Marlene also chaired the Eleventh Judicial Nominating Commission. Currently, she sits on the board of Miami Bridge Youth & Family Services Inc. Previously she served as president of the board from 2016 to 2021. Marlene received her bachelor’s degree in communications and her J.D. from the University of Miami.
